Refund & Refund Policy
Our policy only accept the return item within 15 days since your delivery date. If 15 days after delivery date have gone, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to our policy, your eligible return item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The original packaging is needed.
Please send us the email via firstname.lastname@example.org to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and send us your order number .
Please note that we do not support the return shipping fee. In addition, please send email along with the different angles photos of item you bought.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will indicate you the locations. After received and quality checking, we will exchange to you.
To start the return your process, you should mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
and we will indicate you the return locations. After received the item we will refund to you.
Note: The Return item need to be return in time within return email and not more than 14 business days. The return email will be announced when we discuss via emails.
If you email us and do not return the item in time, after we are all confirmation or over the time on the return sent email. We are apologize that we cannot refund you.
Tracking information is required. Please send us number via email when you return. Please take the photos of the return item and parcel to ensure the correct item be returned.
You take the responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Additional return details:
keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number and photos of the items when shipping back your returns. In case you send the wrong return item, Lastrafashion cannot do further action on this.
All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice that clearly indicates which items are being returned.
Incase damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 4 days of delivery via support service.

Within 12 hours of placing an order. We will not be able to cancel orders once it has begun to be processed.
We need time for our warehouse to check your your return items.
1/ We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
2/ We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 working days.
